Our Sol Tactical Hoody is essential angling apparel for sunny summer days on a trout stream. Heat and sun exposure can wear you out and damage your skin, so we put as much thought and design technology into our sun shirts as our rain jackets. Featuringa knitfabric in the body to maximize airflow; a Primeflex stretch woven fabric in high wear areas; a scuba hood that shields your face without obscuring your vision, true 50 UPF protection; and three flush pockets that can carry just enough essentials to sneak on a pod of risers. This isnt just a sun shirt. This is sun gear.

We wanted to build a sun hoody thats durability matched its sun protection. The Tactical Hoody stands out in its unique paneled design featuring both full knit and abrasion resistant textiles. Primeflex fabric has been added to areas exposed to higher levels of abrasion. Primeflex enhances both stretch and abrasion resistance in the garment while the full knit is light and airy for next to skin comfort. Both offer a 50 UPF rating to keep you protected from the sun. Staying cool, dry, and protected when fishing through long sunny days requires more than just a stretchy shirt with a flashy logo.
