Large diameter head
Head diameter is specially crafted to handle heavier weights, allowing for the effective use of Namiki’s exclusive neko rig technique.
The purpose of center line
The HP Shadtail 2.5″ is designed to facilitate the full potential of a shad tail worm, featuring guide lines at the top and bottom of its head for improved hold and durability. Its body also contains a center line, allowing for a more precise hook insertion.
Slit
A slit is featured on the back of the HP Shad Tail 2.5″ to store the hook point securely, with an irregular inner structure for added retention. Additionally, the belly part is constructed with a thickened design to ensure the hook remains firmly in place.
3 dots
The 3 dots located on the side of the body serve as insertion markers for hooks. Placement of hooks can be accurately determined when using a neko rig, as the hook point should be inserted into the first dot. For those employing a jighead or small rubber jig set-up, the dots provide guidance for precise positioning so that repositioning is unnecessary.
