These rods are available with either a fixed reel seat or with slip rings that allow the reel to be placed anywhere on the handle for that perfect balance. The handles are constructed of premium cork rings with rubberized cork accent rings and rounded cork butts. Both models feature Fuji Alconite new concept guides. The fixed reel seat model sports a wood reel seat. The Sheffield DRII Float Rods come in a protective cloth sock.
Longer rods provide excellent control when float fishing, allowing longer drifts and better hook sets. The Sheffield DRII 13′ 4″ float rods are an ideal choice for the salmon and steelhead float angler on both the Great Lake tributaries as well as the West Coast rivers and streams.
