The DW70 Sailfish Prospect rod is a unique lightweight design specifically created for the tournament sailfish anglers with a thin wall blank design and a lightweight guide train to reduce fatigue at the rail holding the rod waiting for the blind strike or drop-back.The slight, parabolic bend puts the stroke on gamefish of all sizes. State-of-the-art, X-45 Bias technology creates a powerful blank yet prevents twisting when the rod loads up.The EVA Grip is sure, comfortable, and equal to the rigors of everyday saltwater use. The rear grip can also be customized to suit the angler’s preference. A light and strong GRC Butt Cap keeps the rod’s weight at a minimum. The FUJI Backstop Reel Seat utilizes a locking nut that prevents premature reel loosening. All Kingfish models and Spinning models come equipped with Fuji Aluminum Oxide Guides.The conventional rod designs are well-suited for the new Saltiga LD and BG MQ, reels.
